Proven record managing employees, schedules, and multiple active projects
Strong understanding of mitigation scopes, drying documentation, job costs, and project profitability
Strong leadership, organization, accountability, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Clear, professional communication with customers, adjusters, property managers, vendors, and internal teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven emergency-services environment
IICRC certifications, restoration-management software experience, and estimating experience are strongly preferred
What We Offer

Health, dental, and vision insurance
401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays
Company vehicle, free uniforms, and ongoing training
Room to grow within a nationally recognized restoration brand
Work Environment
Mix of office and jobsite work with regular travel throughout the Charlotte market
Flexible schedule and participation in after-hours emergency response when restoration needs arise
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and safely work in active residential and commercial job sites required
