Our recruiting firm is partnering with a growing, high-volume restoration company in the South Atlanta market to hire an experienced Restoration Project Coordinator. This is a key leadership support role overseeing a $5M branch operation and helping drive performance across mitigation and contents projects.

The Restoration Project Coordinator oversees all mitigation and contents projects across the South Atlanta branch. This role manages workflow distribution, supports estimating and invoicing, ensures compliance, and acts as a key accountability partner to Project Managers and field teams. This is an onsite role based in Stockbridge, GA.
Oversee and coordinate all mitigation and pack-out projects from intake through completion
Assign jobs to Project Managers based on territory, capacity, and performance goals
Manage jobs within company dashboard systems and ensure milestones are met
Review and support estimates (Xactimate and/or Symbility preferred)
Assist with invoicing, job closing, and departmental financial tracking
Review and approve subcontractor invoices
Manage monthly shop budget and daily expenses
Ensure compliance with insurance program requirements and scorecards (PDR, POMS, etc.)
De-escalate issues with customers, adjusters, and agents when needed
Support after-hours emergency coordination when on-call
Coach and drive accountability with PMs to improve performance and outcomes
3+ years in mitigation, restoration, or construction project coordination/management
Strong understanding of water mitigation processes and restoration workflows
Experience reviewing estimates and supporting invoicing
Ability to manage high project volume in a fast-paced environment
Xactimate and/or Symbility experience
Experience working with insurance programs and compliance scorecards
Deep mitigation knowledge - able to coach and strengthen PM performance
Detail-oriented and financially aware
Confident decision-maker who does not wait for direction
Strong problem-solver and effective at de-escalating challenging situations
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple moving parts
Self-starter with strong accountability and follow-through
Comfortable working onsite in a busy operational environment
Base Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 (DOE)
