Be the operational backbone of large-scale remediation and recovery projects. At SERVPRO, we manage complex disaster recovery operations that demand precision, speed, and problem-solving—and we need someone who understands the realities of field work. As a Project Coordinator, you'll translate technical field expertise into seamless project execution, coordinating crews, managing timelines, and keeping customers informed through some of their most critical situations.
If you've got construction, remediation, or recovery project experience and want to step into an operations role where your knowledge of what happens on-site directly improves how we run entire projects, this is your role.
Why This Role Stands Out
Leverage your construction or remediation background to coordinate complex, multi-phase projects
Work directly with experienced Project Managers who understand the work
Direct pathway into Project Management leadership roles
What You’ll Do...

Serve as a liaison between customers, field teams, and project stakeholders
Provide clear updates and maintain consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
Project Coordination
Track project status, timelines, and work-in-progress daily
Support Project Managers with documentation, scheduling, and job tracking
Documentation & Estimating
Create preliminary estimates using estimating software
Review and validate job site documentation for accuracy and completeness
Ensure files are organized from project start through completion
Operational Support
Collaborate across departments to keep projects moving efficiently
Assist with administrative and coordination needs as they arise
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in the reconstruction or construction industry a must
1+ year of customer service, administrative, or office experience
Strong organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Comfortable using common business software and computer applications
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This is a sedentary, 100 % in-office role in a high-energy operations environment. Occasional filing and light lifting may be required, along with bending or standing as needed.
