What You'll Do
You will own mitigation projects from first setup through final close-out, ensuring every job is executed properly, documented thoroughly, and communicated clearly to everyone who needs to know.
Manage water, mold, and specialty mitigation jobs from start to finish
Supervise mitigation technicians and laborers in the field
Ensure compliance with IICRC S500/S520 standards and company SOPs
Monitor job timelines, labor allocation, and equipment usage
Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams throughout the life of each job
Review documentation and job quality prior to close-out
Coordinate with production, sales, and leadership to stay aligned
What Success Looks Like
Your jobs close on time, on scope, and with complete documentation
Your crews are informed, accountable, and executing to standard
You protect quality and margin without letting details slip through the cracks
Adjusters and clients trust you because you communicate proactively and follow through
What We're Looking For
3 to 5 years of mitigation project management experience
Strong working knowledge of IICRC S500 and S520 standards
Proven leadership and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple active losses simultaneously
High attention to detail and personal accountability
Strong communication skills with clients, adjusters, and internal teams
Problem solver with a sense of urgency and respect for process
Work Environment
Full time, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM. Additional hours as needed.

Benefits
Competitive salary of $55,000 to $75,000
