    $30–$36/hr + Quarterly Performance Bonus Realistic Earnings: $75,000+, Overtime opportunities and time and a half for HMR Paid Training | Leadership Opportunity | Year-Round Work

    When homes and businesses suffer water, fire, smoke, or mold damage, our customers need someone who can take control of the situation, lead a team, and deliver results.

    We're looking for an experienced Mitigation Supervisor to lead emergency response and mitigation projects throughout Southwest Montana.

    This is not an entry-level role.

    We're seeking a proven restoration professional with the technical expertise, certifications, and leadership ability to oversee complex losses, develop technicians, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.

    Required Certifications:

    Applicants must currently hold:

    IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT)

    IICRC Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)

    IICRC Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT)

    Applications that do not meet these certification requirements will not be considered.

    What You'll Do:

    Lead water, fire, smoke, and mold mitigation projects from first response through completion

    Supervise mitigation technicians and daily field operations

    Develop drying strategies and monitor project progress

    Conduct jobsite inspections and quality control audits

    Ensure complete and accurate project documentation

    Coordinate with homeowners, commercial clients, adjusters, and vendors

    Train and mentor technicians in restoration best practices

    Manage equipment, fleet readiness, and jobsite logistics

    Participate in the emergency on-call rotation

    Drive profitability while maintaining exceptional customer service

    Documentation supports timely billing and insurance carrier requirements

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    WRT, AMRT, and FSRT certifications

    Minimum 3 years of restoration industry experience

    Experience leading crews and managing active projects

    Strong communication and organizational skills

    Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

    Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments

    Preferred:

    ASD certification

    Xactimate experience

    Contents, commercial loss, or large-loss experience

    Previous supervisory or management experience

    Compensation & Benefits:

    $30–$36/hour DOE
