Mitigation Technician – Paul Davis Restoration (Central Georgia)

Paul Davis Restoration is hiring a hands-on, driven Mitigation Technician who takes pride in quality work and stepping up when it matters most. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, problem-solving on job sites, and delivering results in fast-paced environments.

What You’ll Do

Perform water mitigation, board-ups, tarping, and mold remediation

Respond to emergency restoration jobs and follow on-call rotation

Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job site cleanliness

Communicate professionally with customers and teammates

Support the team and lead by example on projects

What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship

Action-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused

Comfortable with physical work and fast-paced environments

Team player with leadership potential

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to lift 75 lbs

Nights/weekends/overtime availability

Fluent in English
