What You’ll Do

Assist Lead technician with water, fire, and mold damage mitigation

Set up drying equipment and monitor progress

Perform demo, tarp, and board-up services

Communicate professionally with homeowners

Maintain clean trucks and organized equipment

Participate in on-call rotation as needed

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license with clean record

Ability to lift 75 lbs

Willingness to work occasional nights/weekends

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Customer-service mindset

No experience required — restoration, construction, or labor experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

$20–$24/hr DOE
