Position: Mitigation Technician Position/Office Location: Lynchburg, VA

The Role
You'll deliver timely, high-quality mitigation services in property emergencies, coordinating closely with team leaders to ensure every customer receives our best during their worst moments.
What You'll Do
Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation to Paul Davis and industry standards under the direction of the Mitigation Manager and Lead Technicians
Deliver excellent customer service with empathy, urgency, and clear communication
Maintain a clean, fully stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment
Participate in the on-call rotation and remain accessible by phone
Assist with warehousing, facility tasks, and supporting teammates wherever the opportunity arises
Take pride in completing projects, whether it's flood damage, fire damage, or anything in between
