Reports To: Mitigation Manager

What You’ll Do

As a Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis, you’ll be on the front lines when disaster strikes—helping families and businesses recover from fire, flood, and storm damage. This role is about more than cleanup; it’s about restoring peace of mind when people need it most. You’ll:

Serve your community in times of crisis.

Mitigate water, fire, mold, and other property damage.

Work with urgency and empathy to reassure customers.

Your Role on the Team

Perform water mitigation, fire cleanup, mold remediation, board-ups, and related services to Paul Davis standards.

Provide excellent customer service with urgency and professionalism.

Keep trucks, tools, and equipment organized and ready.

Participate in the on-call rotation and support teammates when needed.
