Role Summary The Mitigation Virtual Estimator prepares mitigation estimates remotely using photos, moisture maps, reports, and scope notes provided by field teams.

Key Responsibilities

Write mitigation estimates remotely using Xactimate

Review documentation for completeness and accuracy

Apply correct line items based on category and class of loss

Communicate with project managers to clarify scope

Revise estimates based on adjuster feedback

Track estimate approvals and documentation

Qualifications

3+ years mitigation estimating experience

Advanced Xactimate skills

Strong understanding of mitigation processes

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
