    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Lead with Safety
    • Ensure KAITEKI values are embedded in all decisions and strategies in the PE Business Team
    • Lead PE Business Teams; set cadence, goals, and accountabilities. Ensure team is focused on a select few, critical targets
    • Manages product portfolio within the PE Business Line
    • Collaborate and matrix approval of CAPEX planning, spending and assets
    • Defines product value proposition
    • Coordinate product pricing within the region (and coordinate globally when appropriate)
    • Agree product prices within region in conjunction with sales organization
    • Coordinates sharing of best practices between regions and across business lines
    • Develops product innovation roadmap
    • Defines service requirements, quantity controls and quality of inventory
    • Support market development, including new product introduction (NPI) process and regulatory requirements
    • Lead KPIs: profitability (CM2) of Business Line products and strategic positioning and costing
    • Along with Director of Manufacturing set strategic path for manufacturing growth and optimization
    • Oversee Raw Material consumption execution to optimize cost across PE Business line, including use of competitor resins, wide spec, generic, prime and recycle
    • Lead global sourcing strategy in alignment with procurement for finished goods including all MCAM sites, toll purchase, as well as toll supply
