Mix Technicians spend the majority of their time making samples of seasoning blends for our customers. This is a support role for our Research & Development department.

As a Mix Technician, you will:

• Work from recipes to make samples of seasoning blends to send to customers
• Keep mix room and lab neat & clean
• Assist in maintaining the inventory of raw materials and organization of the lab in general
• Work accurately from provided recipes
• Ability to taste and smell fine differences in foods

To be successful in this position you need:

• Perform basic calculations while accurately following formulas and recipes.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and email communication skills
• Detail oriented and ability to work independently without supervision
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Hospitality or back of the house experience is a plus.
