About the Role:

Heavenly Kids is looking for a passionate and creative Mixed Age Group Teacher to join their dedicated early education team. Responsibilities:

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for a mixed-age group of young learners

Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that supports individual growth

Observe and document child development milestones and adjust teaching strategies accordingly

Build positive, communicative relationships with families and caregivers

Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to ensure program consistency and quality

Guide social-emotional learning and conflict resolution among students of varying ages

Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom space

Requirements:

Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred

Previous experience teaching or working in a mixed-age or multi-age classroom setting

Strong understanding of child development principles across multiple age groups

Current or ability to obtain required Ohio childcare certifications and clearances

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills

Warm, nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for early childhood education
