Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Responding to customer DM’s
• Respond to customer emails
• Answer product/brand related questions
• Issue refunds
• Manage influencer shipping

Additional Information:

• Remote position. One day a week in office (optional)
• Full-time/40 hours per week
• $14/hour compensation
