Role Overview

We are seeking a bar professional who brings precision, creativity, and presence. You will craft cocktails that are purposeful and refined, maintain a disciplined bar environment, and contribute to a beverage program that mirrors the intentionality of our food.

What You’ll Do

Prepare cocktails with consistency, elegance, and technical skill

Contribute to a focused, thoughtful cocktail program

Communicate flavor profiles, ingredients, and pairings confidently

Maintain a clean, organized, disciplined bar

Collaborate with culinary and service leaders on program alignment

Engage with guests warmly and professionally

Uphold high standards of prep, garnishes, glassware, and presentation

Support beverage service during dinner and immersive experiences

What We’re Looking For

Craft cocktail or upscale bar experience preferred

Foundation in classic technique and balanced flavor

Interest in pairing Indian flavors with thoughtful beverage design

Curiosity about wine and spirits

Leadership potential and composure under pressure
