Responsibilities: • Ensure that all customer checks and tabs are paid as well as record daily sales total and enter into point of sale system • Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties • Purchase needed bar supplies, stock and track all wine, liquor, and beer stocks, and have a full supply of glassware on hand, notifying management of any supply issues or shortages • Properly identify customers' age through identification cards, and serve alcoholic beverages following all applicable federal, state, local, and company rules and regulations • Take patron orders and deliver a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks Qualifications: • Proven customer service experience with a strong patron-focused mentality • Outstanding time management and organizational skills • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • Prior food service industry experience is highly desired • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) • Must consent to a background check and pass a pre-employment drug screening • Must have a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Compensation: $4.25 - $4.75 hourly
