Responsibilities: • Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties • Verify customers' identification age to ensure they are of legal age and provide alcoholic drinks in compliance with federal, state, municipal, and corporate rules and regulations • Purchase needed bar supplies, stock and track all wine, liquor, and beer stocks, and have a full supply of glassware on hand, notifying management of any supply issues or shortages • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine, beer, liquor, mixed drinks, and more • Ensure that all customer checks and tabs are paid as well as record daily sales total and enter into point of sale system Qualifications: • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) • Previous experience working in food service is preferred • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • Must have a strong focus on putting the patron first with exceptional customer service experience • Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills Compensation: $15 per hour
