Responsibilities: • Receive payments and settle patron checks and tabs, as well as correctly record daily sales totals in point of sale system • Responsible for inventory, ordering and stocking of all wine, liquor, and beer. Maintains an inventory of glassware and promptly communicates any shortages to management. • Check customers age by verifying identification cards and serve alcoholic beverages to patrons per federal, state, local, and company laws and regulations • Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties • Mix and deliver drinks to customers including alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties of wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks • Handle all carry-out orders • Service all Michigan Lottery tickets, including but not limited to; Club Keno, Cash Pop, Pull Tabs, Mega Millions, Powerball Qualifications: • Proven customer service experience with a strong patron-focused mentality • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members • Outstanding time management and organizational skills • Prior food service industry experience is highly desired • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) Compensation: $5 - $8 an hour plus tips
