Responsibilities: • Conduct deep-dive Career Clarity Calls with professional women looking to up-level and solve career issues. • Enroll one of five booked calls per day into a 12-week results-oriented high-ticket coaching program. • Participate in team sales meetings and be a leader on the team. • Bring your excellent sales experience and be willing to learn our proven approach. • Be a consistent, life-long learner and strive for personal and professional growth. Qualifications: • Previous sales experience with a track record of results. • Experience selling high-ticket programs is a plus. • Strong passion for soul-oriented and spiritual work. • Excellent sales skills, driven attitude, and a desire to take each day to the next level. Compensation: • Competitive commissions of $100,000 - $200,000+ per year. Responsibilities: • Complete 20 + enrollment calls per week • Enroll ten new clients per month - minimum to stay on the team after the 30-day training/start-up phase • Achieve a 20% enrollment rate of completed calls • Achieve $1.2 million in annual sales for a 12-week foundational program • Attend all training and coaching sessions to enhance performance and increase performance each week and month • Be a leader and make the team better by being you on the team! • Sales is a competitive role. We want competitive individuals, And you must love people and want others' success Qualifications: • Must be a sales performer • Must desire to be a top producer • Must love meeting people, being authentic, and making a Big difference in the lives of professional women as clients and team members! Compensation: $220,000 commission-based yearly
