    Job Description

    As a Customer Service Representative with MOBI Technologies, your position is vital in assuring focused and productive communication between new and existing customers, internal staff, and management. You will be held responsible for resolving customer service-related inquiries, answering product related questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for various administrative functions essential to the sales and customer service department, we are looking for a driven, enthusiastic individual that is looking to do their best, work with the best, and be rewarded for their efforts with growth potential.

    This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, in our Downtown Los Angeles office.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    Daily Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Interacts and resolves any customer complaints via multiple means of communications (Phone, email, Social media, etc.).
    • Assist sales department with marketing collateral and follow up.
    • Provide product or service information to assist customers in making decision about what products to buy.
    • Right attitude towards new tasks being assigned
    • Computer Skills such as Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required
    • Cross-trains and learns other responsibilities within the team and provides assistance as needed
    • Ability to function independent as well as be a team member
    • Processing documents relating to sales orders after shipping.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

    • Computer literate with the ability to learn
    • Advanced reading and writing skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to verbally communicate clearly
    • Must be service oriented and adaptable
    • Familiarity with general office equipment expected
    • Attention to detail and accountability needed
    • Strong communication skills via phone
    • The ability to be flexible, multi-task and work effectively in a team environment is required
