As part of this visionary project, you will be instrumental in crafting the next generation of Windows network drivers, focusing on high performance, compliance with the latest industry standards, and integration with cutting-edge technologies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with an engineering team on the development of high-performance Windows network drivers, ensuring alignment with industry standards and project requirements.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to establish technical requirements and specifications, driving the technical direction and architecture of network driver development.
    • Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Innovate within the Windows development environment, proposing and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our network driver solutions.
    • Develop and maintain a robust testing suite and validation processes, upholding the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
    • At least 8 years of experience in low-level Windows driver development, specifically focused on network drivers.
    • Proficient in C and C++ programming languages.
    • Demonstrated ability to define and implement effective development and QA processes.
    • Deep understanding of Windows internals, kernel-mode programming, and network protocols.
    • Skilled in using debugging and performance profiling tools for Windows.

    Essential Competency:

    • Expertise in Windows device driver or low-level IO development.
    • Experience in writing functional, performance, and load tests with comprehensive code coverage.
    • Familiarity with NDIS, Windows Driver Kit (WDK), Network Driver Design Guide/Skills, and proficiency in using Wireshark and MSTest.
    • A track record of performance and load testing.
