Role Snapshot
As a Daily Property Adjuster, you'll handle residential property claims from inspection through file submission. This is a field-based role focused on accurate inspections, clean documentation, and professional communication.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform on-site inspections of residential property losses

• Evaluate damage and prepare estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

• Capture clear photos, measurements, and supporting documentation

• Communicate professionally with policyholders and carrier partners

• Submit complete and timely claim files that meet carrier expectations

• Represent CENCO Claims with professionalism in the field

What You'll Need:

• Active Alabama adjuster license or approved designated home state license

• Working knowledge of Xactimate (Symbility a plus)

• Solid understanding of residential construction and damage assessment

• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills

• Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field equipment

• Ability to manage daily assignments independently and efficiently
