We are seeking a skilled Mobile Automation Engineer to lead testing strategies and deliver high-quality mobile and web applications. This full-time role focuses on Java/Selenium/Appium automation, team leadership, and end-to-end software quality across Agile/DevOps environments.

Responsibilities

Lead teams of developers, QA engineers, and testers to deliver robust software solutions.

Develop Java-based applications and create/maintain Selenium test scripts for functional/regression testing.

Design and execute comprehensive mobile testing strategies using Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest frameworks.

Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and ensure coding/testing best practices.

Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and clients to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and monitor project progress to meet client expectations and timelines.

Stay current with Java, Selenium, mobile testing trends, and incorporate innovations into team workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

7+ years of experience in Java development and testing.

Strong expertise in Selenium for test automation and Appium for mobile testing.

Hands-on experience with manual/automated testing for web and mobile applications.

Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jira/Confluence, and Agile/DevOps methodologies.

Proven leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Base salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year
