This role involves traveling to client locations to perform essential vehicle services, including Ford recall work, oil changes, and basic maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mobile automotive services such as oil changes, basic maintenance, and recall repairs (training provided for Ford recall work)
- Travel to client locations and complete scheduled services efficiently and professionally
- Inspect vehicles and recommend additional services when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of services performed
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner
- Provide clear, professional communication with clients regarding vehicle issues, services, and repairs
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of technicians and service advisors to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and company policies
Qualifications:
- Basic automotive knowledge or prior technician experience preferred (training provided)
- Strong customer service and communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to clients in a clear, concise manner
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check and drug test)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
