Qualifications
- Proficiency in working with lifting equipment, including cranes and rigging tools
- Strong troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
- Experience in field service operations and ability to effectively work on various job sites
- Knowledge of heavy equipment and expertise in equipment maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in heavy equipment maintenance or related field preferred
- Relevant work experience in mobile crane and rigging services is highly desirable.
