    Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in your community? Therapeutic Application Practice is seeking Mobile Crisis Counselors to provide timely, on-site behavioral health intervention and stabilization services to individuals experiencing mental health crises.

    Key Responsibilities

    Respond promptly to mobile crisis calls and provide in-person crisis intervention and stabilization

    Conduct risk assessments and develop short-term safety and treatment plans

    Collaborate with law enforcement, hospitals, emergency responders, and community partners

    Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with state regulations and agency standards

    Available Shifts

    Monday–Friday

    Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

    Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

    Weekend Shifts

    Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

    Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field

    Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) status required

    Current Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) Training Certificate required

    Experience working with individuals in crisis or behavioral health settings preferred

    Strong communication, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

    Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred (verbal and written)
