We are hiring experienced Mobile & In-Shop Auto Detailers to handle consistent, high-quality detailing work. This is a 1099 contractor role with strong earning potential through base jobs and upsells.
Base Compensation (No Change)

Black Optix Tint is a high-volume, fast-growing automotive restyling shop in Charlotte. We are expanding our detailing services and looking for experienced Auto Detailers to join us as 1099 independent contractors.

What You’ll Do
Perform interior and exterior detailing on a variety of vehicles
Handle both mobile jobs and in-shop work
Deliver high-quality results efficiently
Communicate professionally with customers when needed
Identify and recommend upsell services (ceramic, deep clean, etc.)
Compensation
Paid per job (not hourly)
Typical earnings: $150 – $500+ per day
Base Pay Per Job:
Mobile Interior/Exterior: $100

In-Shop Interior/Exterior: $80

Upsell Commission:
