FULL TIME MOBILE FLEET MECHANIC | FORT LAUDERDALE AREA

$30–$50/hr based on experience

Overtime paid at time and a half

About the Job

We’re hiring a dependable mobile diesel/fleet technician to perform on-site repairs and maintenance for commercial customers throughout the Fort Lauderdale/Pompano area.

This is an independent field position for someone who can diagnose problems, work without constant supervision, and handle a variety of repairs in the field.

If you’re tired of flat-rate work, shop politics, or sitting in the same bay every day, this role offers variety, independence, and steady work.

Typical Work Includes:

Diagnostics and troubleshooting

PM services and roadside repairs

Brakes, no-starts, electrical, and general repairs

Light, medium, and heavy-duty diesel vehicles

Customer communication and job documentation

Schedule

Full-time with overtime opportunities

Some Saturday work depending on workload

Occasional after-hours calls

What We’re Looking For

Strong mechanical experience (diesel preferred)

Diagnostic ability and scan tool experience

Ability to work independently

Good communication and professionalism

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Must supply your own hand tools

Bonus Experience

Mobile repair or roadside service

Fleet maintenance

ASE certifications

Spanish speaking
