    Description

    As a Manager, you're responsible for leading by example and inspiring your team to create ownership opportunities for customers on the sales floor. Behind the scenes, you oversee operations such as inventory and visual merchandising. You actively build your teams by training, developing, and coaching team members in all these disciplines and more. Leading a Verizon Premium Retail team is a complex job, and you make it look easy.

    Additional Requirements

    You have demonstrated leadership ability with at least two years of experience in a business setting and at least three years of experience in customer-facing retail sales environment selling customer solutions.

    You have strong people and presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    You’ll need to be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs.
