Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate, motivated Occupational Therapists to provide mobile outpatient therapy across home health, hospice, and insurance-based outpatient orthopedic cases. You’ll treat a diverse patient mix with true clinical autonomy and flexibility.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver high-quality, customized, evidence-based OT treatments to patients in their homes or community settings.

Build meaningful, long-term patient relationships while maintaining autonomy in your clinical decision-making

Where You'll Treat (multiple locations available):

Coastal/Central San Diego

Service Area: La Mesa, El Cajon, Santee, Spring Valley, Lemon Grove, Lakeside, Rancho San Diego

North County Inland San Diego

Service Area: Poway, Rancho Penasquitos, 4S Ranch, Escondido, Del Dios, San Marcos, Mira Mesa

Pay: $80-100/visit

Qualifications:

Occupational Therapist license in California

Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation

Comfortable working with a geriatric population

Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program
