Job Title: Mobile PICC RN (Per Diem / PRN) Location: St. Louis, MO – Covering Metro and Surrounding Areas

About Peak Mobile Vascular Access: Peak Mobile Vascular Access is a mobile healthcare company focused on providing high-quality, ultrasound-guided PICC and Midline insertions. We work directly with facilities and in-home patients, providing timely and expert vascular access services across Missouri. As demand grows in the St. Louis region, we're seeking RNs with demonstrated experience in vascular access procedures to join our mobile team.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to mobile vascular access requests in St. Louis and nearby service areas

Perform ultrasound-guided PICC and Midline insertions using sterile technique and evidence-based protocols

Travel to skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and in-home patient settings

Communicate clearly and professionally with interdisciplinary care teams

Document procedures and patient interactions accurately and promptly

Required Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted RN license in Missouri

Minimum of 1 year of vascular access experience (PICC and/or Midline)

Skilled in ultrasound guidance and sterile field maintenance

Strong patient care judgment and professional communication

Reliable transportation and smartphone access

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in mobile, home health, or post-acute care

Certification in VA-BC, BLS, or ACLS preferred (not required)
