Furry Land Milwaukee is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced pet groomer to join our mobile grooming team.
Our groomers typically earn $1,250–$2,000/week through commissions and tips, depending on schedule, production, quality, and client demand.
We’re adding another grooming van because of strong client demand. This role is best for a groomer who is reliable, skilled, professional with clients, and comfortable working independently.

What You’ll Do
Drive a mobile grooming van to client appointments
Bathe, dry, brush, and groom dogs
Perform breed-standard and client-requested haircuts
Assess coat condition, matting, temperament, and safety
Communicate clearly with pet parents
Keep the van clean, sanitized, stocked, and ready
Manage your daily pace and schedule independently
What We’re Looking For
Professional grooming experience, including haircuts
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Strong grooming quality and attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
Comfort working with anxious or nervous pets
Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift pets weighing 50+ pounds
Coachable attitude and willingness to keep improving
