Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform standard DBA support tasks for multiple instances, multiple servers, multiple applications, and multiple interfaces including but not limited to

Administer, manage and tune high-transaction Oracle E-Business Suite server environment(s) on-premises and cloud environments.

Database and Application installation, configuration, and administration.

Oracle DataGuard Physical Standby configuration, build and support, including performing DR exercise

Support AWS hosted Enterprise applications environments

Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve them across various tiers (application, database, network and appliances)

Analyse vulnerabilities and remediate

Design, and development (shell scripting & SQL)

General system and problem resolution

Requirements

12+ years of related experience with implementation and administration of database systems (Oracle, MYSQL & MSSQL).

Experience in managing Oracle ERP, Agile PLM, Oracle Analytics server(OAS), Boomi platform and other weblogic-hosted applications

Must have experience with applications hosted on AWS cloud environments

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex database performance issues

Able to work with multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced, and often changing environment

Ability to diagnose problems and resolve issues across various tiers (application, database, network and appliance to)

Ability to perform work with minimal supervisory direction

Adherence to SDLC, Change Management, troubleshooting and development methodologies

Knowledge of Docker & Microk8s is a plus

Knowledge of the Dell Boomi administration is a plus
