Caruso Ford Lincoln is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Mobile Service Coordinator to oversee three key areas of our Service Department: the rental/loaner vehicle fleet, the Pickup & Delivery service, and the Mobile Service van program. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maximizing vehicle utilization, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys managing logistics, coordinating teams, and continuously improving processes. Responsibilities: Rental/Loaner Car Fleet Management • Manage the daily scheduling, assignment, and tracking of all loaner and rental vehicles • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and maintenance needs • Ensure all loaner vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customers • Monitor fleet utilization and recommend adjustments to improve availability Pickup & Delivery Service Management • Oversee the daily operations of the Pickup & Delivery driver team • Create and manage efficient routes and schedules for customer vehicle pickups and deliveries • Serve as the main point of contact for customers using the Pickup & Delivery service • Ensure drivers follow all safety and dealership policies Mobile Service Van Management • Coordinate the daily schedules and routes for the Mobile Service Technician team • Ensure mobile service vans are properly stocked, maintained, and ready for daily use • Work closely with technicians to resolve scheduling or logistical issues • Track parts usage and coordinate restocking for the mobile vans Qualifications: • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent communication and customer service abilities • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and scheduling software • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
