Caruso Ford Lincoln is looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Mobile Service Technician to join our growing Mobile Service team. In this role, you will travel to our customers’ homes or workplaces to perform routine maintenance and light repairs on Ford and Lincoln vehicles. You will provide convenient, high-quality service while delivering the same professional experience our customers expect in the dealership. Responsibilities: • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, fluid top-offs, battery replacements, filter changes, and other routine maintenance at customer locations • Manage your own daily schedule and route efficiently while meeting customer appointment times • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and professional mobile service vehicle • Clearly explain service findings and recommendations to customers in a friendly, easy-to-understand manner • Complete accurate work orders and documentation for every job • Follow all Ford technical service procedures, safety guidelines, and warranty policies • Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals • Report any vehicle issues, parts needs, or concerns to the Service Manager promptly • Keep up to date with the latest Ford and Lincoln service information and training Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Record check required) • Minimum 1 year of automotive technician experience preferred • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening • Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel within the local area • Good communication and customer service skills • Ability to work flexible hours, including some early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
