    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Mobile Service Technician to provide field-based support throughout the East Coast region, from Florida to New York. In this role, you will perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on Temsa motorcoaches at customer locations.

    You’ll operate independently with the backing of a national OEM, manage your own service vehicle, and represent the Temsa brand with professionalism and technical excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    Perform on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on Temsa vehicles

    Service and support HVAC, electrical, pneumatic, drivetrain, and suspension systems

    Document service work using internal systems or CRM tools

    Coordinate with parts and support teams to ensure timely resolution of repairs

    Maintain van inventory and company tools in clean, ready condition

    Build customer trust through effective communication and consistent, professional service

    Support field campaigns, product updates, and warranty repairs

    Qualifications

    Minimum 3 years of experience in the motorcoach, transit bus, or commercial vehicle industry

    Strong skills in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system diagnostics and repair

    Familiarity with Cummins engines, Allison transmissions, and HVAC systems

    CDL with passenger endorsement preferred or must be willing and able to obtain one

    Comfortable using diagnostic software and tools (J1939 knowledge is a plus)

    Must be highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently

    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    Preferred Candidate Location

    Anywhere on the East Coast (FL to NY) with reliable access to regional airports or major highways.
