What does a Technician do for us? The successful Fleet Technician must be dedicated, able to converse with vendors and staff, have the ability to diagnose then fix problems, a self-starter, with a focus on quality. The experienced level Technician will repair multiple areas of the fleet to include similar areas to marine, food truck and RV type components. We have fully equipped and heated facilities. You must have at least 3 years of RV, marine/yacht, car stereo, food truck or other similar Technician experience to be considered for this role. You will not work on the vehicle motor, we use outside mechanics and service centers.

Position Requirements

Ability to diagnose and fix electrical, heating, plumbing, and some mechanical(such as door glides etc)

DC electrical experience, such as car stereo experience or more preferably inverter experience.

Basic plumbing knowledge, PVC, Pumps,

Basic electrical experience, 110 outlets, 12v and 24v.

The ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical systems

The ability to use and navigate a computer

Look for RV repair techs, Yacht repair techs, car stereo or food truck repair techs.

A minimum of 3 years of previous tech experience as an RV technician

Ability to apply oneself with little or no supervision

Ability to work within a team environment

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen and professional references who can verify work experience
