Mobile Service Tire Technician (PRO)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Perform mobile tire installations (commercial, OTR, forklift)

Respond to roadside emergency calls and restore fleet uptime fast and safely

Mount/dismount tires, set proper torque & inflation

Safely assess roadside hazards and deploy cones, triangles, and PPE

Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers

Maintain service truck, tools, and inventory

Complete digital work orders, photos, and customer signatures

Follow all safety procedures and attend monthly safety meetings

Support warehouse work and mentor apprentices when needed

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years proven mobile commercial tire experience

(11R22.5, 385/65R22.5 & OTR preferred)

Strong mechanical problem-solving skills under pressure

Ability to lift 75 lbs and operate hydraulic jacks & torque tools

Not mandatory to work night/weekend on-call rotation

Strong customer service and communication skills

Team-first mindset and willingness to learn

Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

SCHEDULE

40 hours per week

Mix of field work and warehouse support

On-call rotation required

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

Roadside response time: < 45 minutes

First-time fix rate: 95%+

Safety: Zero wheel-off incidents
