    Position: Mobile PICC Registered Nurse (PRN) Location: Houston, TX (Greater Houston Area) Schedule: PRN – Flexible Shifts Available

    About the Role: We seek an experienced and independent Mobile PICC RN to join our Houston-based vascular access team. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering ultrasound-guided PICC line insertions and vascular access services in patient homes, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals.

    The ideal candidate is clinically strong, self-directed, and confident, working in the field with minimal supervision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Perform ultrasound-guided PICC line insertions in both home and facility settings

    Conduct patient assessments to determine the appropriate vascular access plan

    Educate patients and caregivers on PICC line care and post-procedure protocols

    Accurately document procedures following clinical and legal standards

    Maintain professional communication with care teams, providers, and facility staff

    Required Qualifications:

    Active Texas RN license in good standing

    Minimum 1 year of independent PICC line insertion experience

    Proficiency in ultrasound-guided vascular access

    Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Houston metro area

    Ability to operate independently and exercise sound clinical judgment

    Preferred Experience:

    Midlines, peripheral IVs, and other advanced access techniques

    Prior mobile care or home health experience

    Comfort with EMR documentation tools in the field
