POSITION SUMMARY

The Mobility Depot Technician is responsible for accurately configuring, deploying, and tracking mobility devices to meet client requirements and service level agreements (SLAs). This role focuses on hands-on fulfillment tasks including working tickets/requests, device staging & kitting services, etc. The technician will work closely with other depot staff, logistics, and client management teams to ensure efficient operations, timely delivery, and high-quality service.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Depot Operations:

• Stage and kit mobility devices according to client specifications.
• Package and ship devices in accordance with company and client guidelines.
• Follow daily task assignments and ensure all work is completed on time to meet SLAs.

Inventory Management:

• Track and update device inventory in the management system.
• Assist with regular inventory counts and help identify discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of asset movement, device status, and deployment history.

Quality Control:

• Conduct inspections to ensure devices meet client requirements and internal quality standards.
• Report defects, errors, or process issues to the Depot Lead or Supervisor.

Collaboration & Support:

• Work closely with logistics, procurement, and technical teams to coordinate shipments and resolve issues.
• Assist with client onboarding or project deployments as assigned.
• Follow documented processes and suggest improvements when applicable.

Process Adherence & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date fulfillment and inventory records.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and security protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Able to work in office (located in Tampa near Tampa International Airport)
• Experience in mobility device configuration, deployment, or warehouse/depot operations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting accuracy and quality standards.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
