Job Description
The Administrative Assistant has several functions, primarily dedicated to supporting Mobius Institute's growing Business Development department. This individual will collaborate with the team to execute business strategies. This role focuses on customer service, pricing inquiries, daily operations, and managing different business accounts. In addition, the position entails daily written and verbal communications with team members and business partners and contributes to marketing materials distributed globally.
*This position is entry-level with room to grow according to the individual's performance.
Primary Responsibilities:
REQUIREMENTS
o Candidate has experience with Customer Service or has an Associates or Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
o Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
o Dedicated individual that enjoys working in a growing and fast-paced environment with aspirations to develop their business career
o Strong interpersonal, organization, and time management skills
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
