· MSEE and minimum 10 years of high frequency millimeter-Wave RFIC design experience required, Ph.D. preferred

· Deep knowledge in device physics and electromagnetic wave and theory, hands-on experience in designing transistor-level analog/RF/mmWave IC circuit blocks

· Solid knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of Nanometer transistor-level, CMOS process design and DFM layout

· Product design experience in transceiver and PLL circuit blocks such as XTOL Reference, PFD, CP, LF, VCO, Frequency Divider/Multiplier, Dual Modulus, Frac-N Sigma-Delta Modulator, Mixer, LNA, PA, Antenna Switch, BG, LDO, sense amps, comparators, power detectors, temperature sensor, etc.

· Experience with die to laminate transition, passive inductor, transformer design and modeling is desirable

· Proficient in Cadence 6 Spectre/RF, ADE, Virtuoso, LVS, ADS, and EM modeling tools such as EMX. Momentum, HFSS

· Experience in OTA Test, behavioral modeling with SystemVue, Matlab, Simulink, high yield and ESD knowledge, support ATE Test is a plus
