Job Summary

Lamination Gun Operator is responsible for production, paperwork, and cleanliness of his/her area. He/She will collaborate with lamination supervisor on scheduled gel coat sprayings and customer orders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with lamination manager what is completed each day and goals for the next day.
• Sprays all production molds for his/her area and assist with rolling as required.
• Cleans chopper gun after use.
• Maintains the resin/hardener settings as required.
• Move production parts as required.
• Maintains production tracking sheets on a daily basis.

Experience/Education

• Highschool diploma or GED
• 1+ years experience in boat/car paint spraying or gelcoat spraying
• Manufacturing experience

Physical Demands

• Employee must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Employee must be able to stand during entire shift.

Work Environment

• Must be able to tolerate change in temperatures, all seasons
• Must be able to tolerate various noise levels and exposure to boat plant materials, chemicals
