Mockingbird Marketing is looking for a full-time, remote, experienced Client Success Manager located in the United States to join our growing team. As a Client Success Manager, you will own the retention and growth of your clients at Mockingbird. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with your clients based on a deep understanding of their business goals and how Mockingbird helps achieve them. In this role, you will work collaboratively with team members specialized in website development and design, SEO, paid advertising, social media, CRM, and data analysis to build marketing strategies that help growth-focused law firms grow their practice. Responsibilities: What you’ll do: • Be the voice of your client internally. Know their business, and articulate how Mockingbird can help them succeed to internal team members, driving the retention and growth of your clients • Take responsibility for the successful delivery of Mockingbird’s services to the client. Set internal subject matter experts up for success in communication with the client and ensure deadlines are met • Translate a client’s vision and goals into technical requirements with a high level of clarity and accuracy. Act as the confident conduit of information between your client and Mockingbird • Interface with multiple stakeholders within a client’s organization including IT team members, Managing Partners, and Founders. Collaborate with the Mockingbird leadership team on strategic communication and growth plans for the client • Identify and own opportunities for client growth by staying up to date on current legal marketing trends and determining the best path to implement for the client • Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and make necessary adjustments • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization to ensure adherence to financial targets • Encourage effective communication, knowledge sharing, and collaboration among team members • Own the annual and quarterly planning process for your clients ensuring clear goals and milestones are outlined and tracked by both the client and Mockingbird, enabling the long-term success and growth of your clients with Mockingbird Qualifications: Qualifications: • 5+ years experience in client management working with multiple stakeholders representing digital marketing strategies for your clients • Ability to travel as needed for client and team meetings within the United States • Strong understanding of web technologies, WordPress and other content management systems (CMS), and web development processes • Familiarity with GA4, Google Ads, SEMRush, and the ability to distill insights from these platforms for a client • High level of analytical skills and ability to translate digital marketing metrics to a business-impacting message for a client • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and exploring new growth opportunities • Prior experience working with a CRM - Hubspot, Salesforce, and/or legal intake management software • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels • Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in budget management, scoping and planning • Strong ability to delegate tasks, follow up on tasks and complete tasks on time and done well Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 + bonus yearly
