Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE

Accurately and efficiently process a variety of transactions including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers’ checks, money orders, receiving and processing coin tags, and cash advances.  Balance each day’s transactions and verify cash totals. Be knowledgeable of the Credit Union’s products and services in order to promote and educate members. Identify cross-sell opportunities and meet goals as set forth by management.  Seek and perform side-jobs and assist with a variety of other duties as required. Ensure that members are promptly and professionally served
