Job Description

MOD REF is hiring an Customer Service Representative/Order Processor to represent our growing apparel business. The perfect candidate will be committed to our company standards, carries a positive attitude, with a knowledgeable and helpful personality. We value adaptable self-starters with a positive attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ABILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Daily check all online portals for orders and messages from buyers
• Manage all incoming and outgoing calls with buyers (approval to ship, sales inquiries, etc.)
• Identify and assess customer needs efficiently to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Problem solve all customer complaints and propose adequate solutions to ensure resolution
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts though open and interactive communication
• Company reach-out and customer follow-up, while keeping records of customer interactions
• Learn our database system N41 as well as other wholesale/retail e-commerce portals (FashionGo, Faire, Magento, Shopify)
• Assist with creating campaigns and initiatives to increase sales, assist with producing a system for ongoing campaigns, reach outs, sales calls, etc.
• Daily administrative tasks such as organization, filing and ordering supplies when necessary

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Able to multi-task in a fast-pace working environment
• Must have at least 2 years relevant experience
• Detail oriented, organized and has a sense of urgency to complete all tasks and meet all deadlines
• An effective and expedient problem-solver with a keen attention to detail
• Must be open to receiving feedback and direction from team members
• Strong understanding of the wholesale/retail industry is a plus
• Positive self-starter attitude and feels there is no task too small and no task too large
• Have excellent communication skills working alongside a collective team
