SHOW ROOM COORDINATOR / SALES ASSITANT

Moda Floors & Interiors is an award-winning specialty home improvement supplier that focuses on designing, selling and installing floor and window coverings for residential and commercial projects. Located in Atlanta, Moda’s showroom and warehouse are housed in a 20,000 sf newly redesigned facility in the West Midtown Design District.

Our Showroom Coordinator is the main point of contact for customers who visit our showroom, as well as being key support for our Project Consultants –offering a high level of customer service during the sales process. He/she will help drive the business through a variety of customer service / admn duties to the sale of our products and services. Our Showroom Coordinator is a full time position, with working business hours of Monday through Friday-with some weekend hours-all from our Midtown Design District location. Individuals who perform in this position will have opportunities for advancement within our organization.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

· Answer incoming telephone calls and direct callers to the appropriate individual on the Moda team.

· Greet clients and suppliers entering the showroom and connect them to the appropriate individual on the Moda team.

· After a training period, be able to assist clients on the showroom floor with product questions and selections.

· Assist with entering client information into Moda’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

· Assist with marketing activities and administration.

· Maintain showroom product pricing information.

· Keep the showroom and product libraries up-to-date, neat and tidy.

· Attend and represent Moda at industry events.

· Be available to work every other Saturday from 10am to 3pm. When you work Saturday, you will not work the following Monday morning.

WHAT WE’D LIKE TO SEE:

· 2 years of experience in customer service or sales role.

· High school diploma, college degree preferred.

· Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.

· Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment.

· Interior design experience highly preferred.

· Experience working with or assisting outside sales reps highly preferred.
