Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for college students or recent graduates to learn the ins and outs of online marketing and get real, hands-on experience in the online advertising industry. This internship position can lead into full-time paid position with the company. Performance bonus will be granted to those who excel in their role over the period of their work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting and serving as first point of contact for all support communications across multiple channels - primarily in email and social media - to answer questions, provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, and route product feedback appropriately
- Manage open customer issues, escalating when appropriate, to ensure timely follow-up and satisfactory resolution
- Contribute recommendations for improving products and processes
- Day to day campaign optimization and management and brainstorming ideas.
