• Mechanical aptitude required to Isolate a problem and its cause.
• Mechanical and physical ability to work with bearings, spindles, ball screws, valves, cylinders, pumps, clutches, electrical, electronics, pneumatics, overhead cranes, lift trucks, HVAC, chillers, and more.
• Knowledge of CNC controls and components such as Parpas, OKK, FPT, Makino, Heidenhain, Fanuc, Fidia, Siemens, Yaskawa, Rockwell automation.
• Ability to effectively utilize vendors and outside contractors.
• General understanding of OSHA and how it pertains to you and your environment to include safety and the use of proper lock-out tag-out procedures.
• Ability to use welder, torches, mill, drill press, bandsaw, etc. to fabricate, repair, rebuild basic parts.
• Pay rate dependent on the practical experience you bring to the MDM Team.
