Positions available for entry-level technicians to learn and perform air conditioning & refrigeration installation, service, and repair. You will learn to perform installation, routine maintenance, and repair of commercial and residential air conditioners, commercial refrigeration equipment, commercial ice machines, and related equipment. Qualifications: • The right attitude, a high mechanical aptitude, a good collection of tools, a clean background, and a valid FL drivers' license are required. • The ability to fix machines with a high degree of mechanical skill is required. • Own mechanics tools and possess the ability to purchase HVACR trade tools as needed. • Have a flexible schedule that allows seasonal overtime. Schedule flexibility for on-call rotation once you are trained as a lead technician. Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
